Install Physically

To begin, install the SURFboard mAX Pro Mesh router and satellites physically.

• Set down the router at centered location of the house.
• Attach the router to the coaxial splitter with coaxial wire.
• Connect the power adapter to the router and turn it on.

• Otherwise, create an account by using the email id.
• Enter the code which will receive on the email box.

Configure Router

• After Arris router login, you can follow network optimization recommendation or skip it.
• Then tap on the Installing Mesh System.
• If you have satellite, then click on the Install Satellite Now, otherwise tap on the INSTALL SATELLITE LATER.

• After that follow the onscreen instruction and tap on CONTINUE button.
• Scan the QR Code that present on the Arris router.
• The App takes few minutes to register the SURFboard mAX router.
• When the app shows the message INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE, the image of the router is show on the app screen.

Manage the several settings such as set WiFi password, update firmware and se WiFi band etc. by clicking on the image.
